Dot-IN LabsPre-register

What we collect, and why.

A plain summary of what this site stores. The formal privacy policy is being finalised and will be published here.

Launch notifications

If you ask to be notified at launch, we keep your email, your name if you give it, the areas you picked, and the sentence you agreed to. We use them only to email you when Dot-IN Labs opens. We don't store your IP address or track you. Ask a community lead and we'll remove you.

Community applications

Your name, email, what you work on now, what you'd like to contribute, and the ways you'd take part. Nothing else: no phone number, CV, documents or payment. Only community leads can read an application, and we use your email only to send your decision.

Members

If you're accepted, the profile details you choose to add and any project proposals you submit. Your password is stored only as a one-way hash.

Cookies

One strictly necessary session cookie when you sign in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Stored in your browser only

Your theme choice and your progress in the sample learning workspace are kept in your own browser and never sent to us. Briefs written on the AI development page are never sent anywhere.

AI and decisions about you

No automated system scores or decides your application. A person reviews it and records the decision.
